A surprise staycation adventure

The hotel’s location was perfect, close to restaurants and activities. The pool area was a lovely retreat after a day of exploring, providing a much-needed relaxation spot.

However, our AC struggled to keep the room cool, resulting in uncomfortable nights. Additionally, the bathroom sink design caused water to splash everywhere, making a mess during simple tasks.

The rooms are impressively spacious and modern, with welcoming staff ready to assist. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short drive from shopping and dining, making it exceptionally convenient.

Elevator service left much to be desired, as some were slow and one was even out of order. This led to frustration when trying to navigate the hotel, impacting the overall experience.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The fitness center was well-equipped, perfect for my workouts. The food during our conference was delicious, and the pool was so refreshing. Overall, I would absolutely choose this place again!

The King Suite was spacious and comfortable, creating a great escape. The dinner at the restaurant was outstanding, especially the steak with goat cheese. Unfortunately, breakfast was a bit chaotic due to staffing issues, and the wait for service led to warm salads. Additionally, the hot water issue in the shower was disappointing, impacting the relaxation aspect of my stay.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The pool and jacuzzi were perfect after a day hiking the trails nearby. Plus, the hotel’s restaurant was a great place to unwind. If you're heading this way, make sure to check out the Texas Children’s Hospital, it’s super close.

One downside was the fitness center. it could use better equipment. It was a letdown given how nice the property is overall.

The stay at Crowne Plaza was excellent. The staff demonstrated professionalism and was incredibly accommodating, assisting with my business needs effectively. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable environment to prepare for meetings. The on-site business center was well-equipped, allowing me to finalize my presentation seamlessly. Additionally, the location was ideal, just minutes from several dining options and easily accessible from the interstate.

The executive king room was super comfy with air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. The pool area had sun loungers, hot tub, and the fitness center was well-equipped. Loved the unique steak restaurant and the relaxing jacuzi!

Excellent stay with great amenities

I had a fantastic time during my visit. The spacious room was impeccably clean and featured a comfortable bed, which made for a restful night. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, especially the steak, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. A slight downside was the slow elevator service, which could be improved.

This place suits me perfectly with its great wi-fi, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. Staff helped me with plug adaptors during my first stay, and Aiden was welcoming on my recent visit. Highly recommend for comfort!

The lobby is lovely and the rooms are clean and comfortable, but the breakfast service needs improvement as items were not stocked properly, and one sausage was even frozen. Additionally, one elevator was out of service, causing delays during peak times.

I truly appreciated the beautiful modern decor and clean ambiance throughout the Crowne Plaza Shenandoah, The Woodlands. The spacious lobby had comfortable seating areas that were easily accessible, making it a welcoming space for seniors like myself.

More efficient elevator service would be helpful.
